You're comparing an original game asset to a mod that predates the CK by months so it's done in a really hacky way largely involving a lot of base game assets and is effectively abandoned (last update nearly 17 months ago?) I really want to join this faction. NCR seems that they would do a good job but after my 1st conversation with the Lieutenant and from what other people have told me NCR isn't all that "good" and I don't want Primm to be turned into some type of military town.
